Hi, I'm Fay!
You know that person who's never in the family and friends' photos because they're always behind the camera? Yep, that's me!
I've always loved capturing people when they're not paying attention, just being their most natural selves. I've been told to put the camera away more times than I can count, but what can I say? Those genuine, unposed moments have always been my favourite!
For years, photography was just something I loved doing. It took a lot of encouragement from friends (and a little battle with imposter syndrome!) before I finally decided to take it seriously and turn my passion into a career.
And videography? Well, that goes way back too! I was the one recording family weddings and celebrations with our old camcorder. So, in a way, adding video to my work feels like picking up right where I left off.
And here I am, still happiest behind the camera, capturing people's stories, only now I get to call it my job!
